Most items listed within the catalogue have been specially designed for use by a disabled person. These items can qualify for zero-rated VAT if the article is relevant to the person's disability and a VAT EXEMPTION CLAIM FORM is filled in, signed and sent to QED with a copy of your order. Claims cannot be accepted after despatch of goods.
Product Loans
Some equipment can be supplied on a loan basis for 14 days. Please contact us for more information.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of the products. These items must be in the condition they were supplied and returned with all original packaging and instruction books etc. If any of these conditions are not met, the customer will be charged the full purchase price of the products. If the items are returned after the 14 days without prior agreement with QED a 10% handling charge (of the full purchase price) will apply.
Returns
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 14 days after delivery by:

This is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging - due to health & safety certain products are contained in sealed packaging and cannot be accepted if this seal is broken.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Orders which are made to measure or cut to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges (cost of return to be met by the customer).
Should you require any advice with regard to a return and the above conditions please do not hesitate to contact us.
QED will not be liable for goods damaged in transit unless QED is notified within 10 days of delivery.
